How liveScan Works

1. Bring Your Request Form

This is the form from your employer or licensing agency.
It includes your ORI code and what to scan for.

2. Bring a Valid Photo ID

Required forms of ID include:

  • CA Driver License

  • State ID

  • Passport

  • Military ID
    (If you’re unsure, just ask.)

3. Get Fingerprinted in Minutes

I’ll capture your prints digitally, submit them securely, and provide your ATI number (tracking number).

Most appointments take 10 minutes or less.

When can I get a LiveScan?

LiveScans are available monday thru friday 8 am to 5 p.m WITH APPOINTMENT ONLY. Many times I am out traveling and so no walk ins.
